This year KERG Outreach will serve as one of the fiscal sponsors for the third annual Apex Pride Festival in North Carolina. Apex Pride is a family-friendly and inclusive organization that celebrates LGBTQIA+ families and individuals in the local community.

North Carolina Office of Digital Equity and Literacy Working Group

KERG Executive Director Dr. Kamela Heyward-Rotimi joins the Data and Barriers Working Group of the N.C. Office of Digital Equity and Literacy under the NC Department of Information Technology NCDIT. The working group of digital equity organizations and experts will make recommendations to improve NC residents’ digital access to state resources.
